Leave the valley floor behind. The truth of Diamond Mountain and Moon Mountain wines is best understood at the source. This 90-minute private estate tour experience moves through our historic homestead and Calistoga winery before settling into a seated tasting of current release wines — white and red, each single-vineyard, single-varietal, each a true expression of the volcanic soils and high elevations that shaped it. Tastings are accompanied by a chef-crafted cheese and charcuterie plate with estate-grown and Theorem Ranch accoutrements, thoughtfully composed to complement the wines. The tasting fee is $200 per person, and one fee is waived with every three-bottle purchase. We look forward to hosting you.
Friday-Monday experiences can only be reserved by contacting us, with Keepers of the Key receiving priority access. Tuesday-Thursday experiences may be reserved online.
